Orignal idea:
change it to decreases your chance to be blocked and stun by 10%(maxed) rather than increasing the chance to actully get it, i for one am a BH and would much rather winning rgihtfully without luck. this way every class would be happy and people will stop complaining.
What do you guys think?
Reasons:
people would be happied not blocking BH more thn getting blocked bye them, and the orignal reason this skill was created ( to stop BH losing numerous times to Luck) will still be in place

before u delete this post for the third time, i placed it here not in the shdow arts discussion page because i want to know what people think of this idea not state whether or not this skill is oped so please just leave it thank you.
Also i would like this page here rather tha then discussion page because i wnat to get supporters for the idea rather than just say it and it be forgotten.(like it would if this where in discussion page .) if u dont like the idea and thus deleting it for that reason it is very imature. because im pretty sure any1 smart would know an idea written in a discussion page not on its on is gone forever.
Support/ Don't : please support this idea or not p.s i will keep a tally edited. (let's hope with enough suppoerters this idea may e considered )
