The recent earthquake tragedy in Japan has affected people in all parts of the world, including here at the Underground Lab. Thankfully, all our family and friends in Japan survived the catastrophe. However, Japan is still struggling to provide food, shelter, and medicine to all affected people.

In response to this tragic event, we at Artix Entertainment have donated $5,000 to the Japanese Red Cross Society. We hope this contribution helps in the relief effort. You can visit www.RedCross.org for information on how you can help too!

Well, although no update at least we should support the people suffering there. Good thing the AE team donated money for the poor Japs out therewhich means they care not only for their players in their games but also for people in real life. Good work!!

^^ please don't use the word Japs to identify with the Japanese, that really hasn't been used since WWII. Today it is generally regarded as an ethnic slur. Very disrespectful. I understand you may have said it to shorten the word Japan... or you didn't know how to spell Japanese, but its has a very negative undertone attached with it.

And common guys... really... "I'll might donate a dollar" We don't need to hear this... as if it were a whim of your heart. You may just have said I'll donate might a penny. Its not the amount I'm getting at it the total disregard of the words you are saying. I see that as a bit disrespectful too. I know you guys are better then this.

Its not funny whats going on whats going on over there. Lots of people are effected by this. Show a bit more respect.

Well that is good to hear.At least we are helping them.Perhaps we should use our own money to help our own AE games(They are more important) out instead of japan.I do feel bad for them but I believe our games needs to go first.Because really I want our games improved to be more fun.Hopefully I dont get flamed for this but it is my opinion.

I Would Like To Commend Titan, Nightwraith, Charfade, Etc... The Entire Epic Duel Team For Donating $5,000 To Relief And Aid To Our Friends In Japan.

Sometimes, We Forget We Are All Part Of The Same Community, One World, One People.

 I Echo what you just said. Titan, Nightwraith, Charfade, And all the rest of the AE Team have done something so nice and caring, and most defiantly saved some people's lives.

I am a proud supporter for EpicDuel, and I am proud to have such a great staff supporting the disaster.

After seeing what the AE team has done, I decided to donate the money I was going to buy varium with.
As much as I want varium, people are suffering, and they need to be looked out for first. I Want to congraduate them for their kind act. We all live in the same world, and we all should be equally treated.

Whoa i thought my comment about it being in the wrong section was bad but for you to say entertainment is more important then a human's well being is just.....well i cant describe such words on the forums .

Also, I'm not sure if discussions on how much you'll donate might sound odd or inappropriate- people can donate what they feel is appropriate, and what they can afford (I'm not working steadily right now, so I donated less than I might have when I was making $12/hour). If a dollar is all you can afford, then that dollar means a great deal.

Tbh i think this should be locked and instead of making this a discussion bump it up to the top of forums and basicly just explain what ED has done, what the players can do to help, and provide links to where they can donate.


Keep in mind i'm not trying to Mini-Mod, this is just a suggestion to help keep peoples feeling from getting hurt.

For everyone who has been through a major disaster, one knows it takes time, and a true community effort throughout the world.

Japan is dealing with a multitude of situations and they need all of our support.
