Ashari, 3 points are you kidding, let's say the oponents energy is at 36 or above before the big attack and they need 32 to launch it, you are telling me level 3 Assimilation will make a difference. If Assimilation is blocked, you are losing a turn. One problem with having malfunction so high is if a player debuffs, a bounty uses an energy shield or merc uses the bloodshield along with hybrid armor, you just wasted all that energy. One time I seen malfunction only last one round, I could not believe it but it happened more than once. If they allowed Assimilation to take even more energy then it would cause stat abusers to put more points into energy and that is why I made that suggestion for Assimilation, forcing them to do what they don't want to do and creating a better advantage for the mage class
