Which one do you think is better. They're both by far the strongest energy weapons in the game, but only 1 can be better ;)

Discuss ;D

Celtic cleaver is an ideal weapon for a str mage, but sadly those don't exist anymore.

So in the case of FB vs. CS:

Frostbane is better.

Well, think about it.

Frostbane's enh starts off better for a balenced type build, but Celtic starts off better with str, due to the connect and 4 str. So ideal, celtic is better for str bounties, IF they're use to using swords

Have you honestly ever seen a "good" str bounty sword build? I sure haven't.

Well the only way Frostbane would be better is if you were just in it for the support, which is only 4 points more in support instead of the Strength. But in a all over view Celtic Cleaver is better because of its 7% Connect and 32 base damage.

Frostbane is a good george Lowe killer, high damage, currently rare,
Celtic cleaver has the connect boost and more enhance slots(2 more)
May I........azrael's bane had 10 enhance, and physical damage. It doesn't match my "knight(or space warrior) in shining armor" look at all. But it's rare. And a physical alternative.
Take your pick.

No, Frostbane has +10 enhancements same as Celtic cleaver, the only difference is that Celtic cleaver is 32 damage instead of 31, has 7% Connect, and +4 str +8 dex +8 tech +4 sup instead of +8 dex +8 tech +sup.

7% connect doesn't do much. Unless you can utilize the sword in a merc str build or str mage build, then it's useless.

I don't own it because I decided to not spend my money on some foolish investment that I know will be outdated in a few weeks/months.
