Maurader isn't rude, so much as he is crass, I mean look at big tuna, she keeps saying "am i too fast for you" and "why are you getting angry", and charfade says the same kinds of things, which is why I hate them both more.

I'd have to say that those City Guards are the worst for me. When I was doing the "Rise Against the Guards" quest, they always went first, how annoying.
City Guards as well for storyline reasons.
