Hmmm I would love to say that fame is a great idea,but it's not. Fame is just one of the admins way of distracting the blind people in ED. If you fell for this useless distraction I'm sorry to say you have wasted you time. Titan thinks that by making a time consuming useless feature will take our attention away from a new battle mode or balance...... We don't need new useless features we need battle modes or balance.

That guy jumped from like 20-30 fame to over 400 in a day(now hes on the leaderboards) and all he is, is some Non-varuim lvl 31 Merc that sat at Oz world 7 for 24hrs. Now wouldnt most of you agree that begging for 24hrs strait isnt very productive even for A games standards?

Do you feel that fame can stay if there are certain limitations imposed? No limitations, just remove everything related to fame

How do you feel about fame? its not bad but i hate all the begging ill admit ill ask fame 4 fame some times if im in a fight and it was a close battle or ill fame someone if ive fought them 3 or 4 times

Do you want fame gone completely? no but the fame boards should go
Do you feel that fame can stay if there are certian limitations imposed? yes, and there should be a limit of 50 or so fame a day

People PLEASE!!! If any or ALL of you are blind enough, this whole fame thing is PART of the "Advanced Achievements" Titan and Nightwraith mentioned a LONG TIME ago. I remember 2 months ago most of you complained because they didn't keep their promises now here it is.....spamming around within your eyes and head. Maybe all of you should think before you all act because at least we get a free achievement if your in the top famed list daily and if you are and you dont have any achievement at all and that you get this achievement, you automatically get 2 stars if you get the rising star achievement worth 1,500 rating points which is equal to free 2 stars.

Think of it this way people of EpicDuel, promises are meant to be kept but that doesn't mean they can be easily done in an easy way. It takes patience for it.

If so, what are limitations on fame you would place? As I don't understand why we should have it in the first place I have a hard time suggesting improovements but leave it at charpage but take away all "benefits" as achievements from it.
Fame is for wanna-be's and beggars, those who can lower themselves to that grade can get it, respected players are the ones who don't ask for fame and therefor should have it by default.

I just realised they have fame on Herosmash and it works greatly! You gain fame for each battle you win.. :D

Still, its quite weird you decrease it by buying stuff but whatever, starting April 11(or after it) I'll force people to fame me and annoy all of you till I get my Rising Star achievement.

Do you want fame gone completely? Yes, it's stupid & a waste of FRIGGIN time.

Do you feel that fame can stay if there are certain limitations imposed? The only way Fame should stay if it's earned.
As in you're Wins, Achievements, tokens etc.. what you've earned in-game should give you the Fame. Not begging CONSTANTLY in-game for it.

If so, what are limitations on fame you would place? You earn it, don't ask for it.

I only come in-game just to talk to people now, only thing that keeps me with the game. Now I log on to get spammed with "FAME ME PLZ, FAME ME, F4F, FFF" It's just annoying.
Even though I DON'T PLAY it doesn't mean I quit. I put money in the game I would never quit I just don't play.

And a new update: today, i have fought in 5 fights where the other teams person ran, but they didnt care at all, just wanted those still there to fame them up and 'fame 4 fame'

Its getting worse.. Where will it all end?!?!?

 I have mixed feelings about fame, to tell the truth. I think it's useful as a viral marketing tool, people post their character pages on their facebooks, people check out the game. However, I really can't say I'm happy about the spamming of "fame for fame" (or the fact that every morning I wake up and 20 more people have posted links to their character pages on the official Facebook fan page, begging for fame), but I understand the usefulness. I believe it needs some tweaking, and hopefully once the novelty dies down, it'll become more reasonable.

(oh, and PS: no spamming the forums with begs for fame, k? :3 )

I have mixed feelings too.
I think it is annoying that everyone keeps asking. But its gives you something to do.
Also you can get achivements from it so im hoping they keep it.

Sad to say, some of my friends in epic duel quit because of this issue. Some of them told me that what if they make a game fame duel. I know fame destroyed the image of ed but I think what if they impost strict rules about spamming the fame for fame since it's annoying and if you increase their fame, they leave the battle?

Do you want fame gone completely? Well... it's a feature used by several online games in some shape or form. I don't particularly like the blow-back that it has caused, but it might not have to be completely removed.
Do you feel that fame can stay if there are certain limitations imposed? It really depends on several variables, such as how the fame debate pans out.
If so, what are limitations on fame you would place? I know that this has been said before, but the fame leaderboard does, perhaps indirectly, promote elitism. That, at least, should be removed.

I don't really have much of a problem with fame, although it does annoy me a bit when I get lagged out of Central 7 due to beggers

clotting around there. I'd say that only the alltime fame leaderboard should be taken out as I see no reason for keeping it. The daily

fame board offers a nice way to waste ones time throughout the day so I say keep it.

I quite like the fame I belive its a great new feature. So now you can be famous without having 50,000 wins and 20,000 rating points ^^! Also its here to give more rating.

BAHAHAHA! I walk around the game and all I hear is "Hey Warlock, f4f?" Really? This is as bad as people begging for wins. The average maturity level of this game just dropped into the single digits. I like the character page idea, but the begging is just too much. Drop this and everything about it, including the silly achievements.
