Finally. Another level cap. I was tired of level 32.

O.o why a new level cap? Balance will just go out the window with more points available for high str. or whatever builds.

Pros:

+8 health for my build
Will be commander by the time I reach 33

Cons:

It will probably take me a month before I hit the cap again -.-
