The first time it got buffed was because of how weak it was to other weapons. Your argument is also holds no water since it doesn't matter if a weapon has been upgraded or not. It's like saying a level 32 weapon that did 17 which than got buffed 27 damage(24 stat mods with enhancements) shouldn't get buffed a third time. And let me also tell you that there was no refund for those who purchased Rixty, only about 1k varium I believe was returned back to only special cases.
@above, your comment should be discarded as it doesn't even explain why.
