The problem here is that I went through the registration, kept pressing the skip button to pass on offers.

And for some reason or other, eventually it brings me to google's search engine which is clearly not part of the survey-thing, yet the url still claims I was in the offer.

It took 4 minutes to complete the offer, but I haven't gotten a thing yet and I finished it around 11 last night. It's really bothering me, because I also 'inquired about the offer', like the site said, and haven't heard anything back yet. It's marked as 'Completed' and my mom and I both swear that we saw that all it required was signing up, in order to receive the points, so we're not sure what's going on here. Figured this would be marked as a 'Problem Offer', so here I am. Help?

Edit: I finally got an e-mail from customer service, but my 'request has been being processed' for 24 hours now. Meaning the process that should've taken 19 minutes has dragged out to 2 days and has yet to be resolved. How long does this processing thing normally take?

Edit 2: So uh... It's been processing for over a month. Still no progression with the thing. Is there anyway I can get my points without going through Matomy? Because seriously... it's been a MONTH.

problem: Not only can you not click on it correctly, but it flashes on and off, which could be a potential danger for those who have or had, seizure history.

It's on page 28 of Matomy and the reward is for 480 points.

 When I am doing an offer or a survey I never get the point, after doing 10 surveys and offers, I get only point from 1 offer and 1 survey. Why is this happening? I am doing everything correct and giving right information.
