i was at a 1vs1 on my alt
It skiped my turn and the person i was fighting blocked my next move then i went to a 2vs2 and blocked ALL of my moves

This is laughable. Power Hour does not effect luck factors. I'm sorry but your complaining is ridiculous and your argument is invalid.

This can happen at any time, really.

Power hour doesn't affect it, and this has happened to me once before. In my favour, of course.
