Also, Dragonbane Blast is now Fire element, instead of Earth. When untriggered, it deals Fire damage.

Edit: Hmm... very interesting. Wouldn't have guessed, so thanks!

Are the spell values there the total for the spell? Or each hit?

The whole spell they'll need to be divided to get the per hit percentage.

We are currently debating on how we'll be approaching these items and their threads in the pedia since individually they'll have 31 threads and if we combine them into 1 thread for gold and Z they'll have 27 and 4 posts respectively.
