Custom armor

What if we got a customizable armor when we made a character and the armor leveld up with us? It wouldnt be the best armor in the world with like a max of +8 def/res at lvl 33 with boosters totaling 15 at 33. Also it could have custom appearance like sort of a mix and match of different armor peices. With the custom stat lvling you could have like a max of +5 on each stat so you could only max 3 skills. Or be able to have the +8 def/res be able to be divided by the player.

 It might work but how much would cost.

Well I was thinking anywhere from 1k-10k or possibly as just free when you make a character
