IDC what people say about boosters, boosters are part of strategy too. If I battle you and i use boosters all I'm really gonna care about is WINNING not what some noob thinks about me using boosters.

Seriously, people who don't boost are all talk. "I'm too pro too boost." Yeah, you might 'think' you're pro & think it's a sign of weakness of other players who use it, There just smart. They know if they boost they have more of a % of winning the battle.
People who don't use it & are just above themselfs & are to dumb just notice...

Losing respect for people who boost. People lose respect when people post stupid topic's like this.

I'm guessing here, but in the future there will be a topic about getting rid of boosters.. >.>

Whether or not you're able to comprehend it or not, there IS a philosophy and psychology behind Boosting. And for the record, I've beaten all you haters more than you've beaten me! When you used a booster!

You havent fought me. I am a level 31 5 Focus Bot Tank Merc. The point behind boosting is to do whatever it takes to survive and win not to worry about your so called "respect" and being a "true duelist". No one cares about what you have to say. Your just using pure biased opinion. So basically sence Fay Bee uses boosters now she isnt a "true duelist" and no one "respects" her wow I would love to see you fight such a awesome player like Fay Bee and see if you win without booster while she uses them showing people who use boosters have a advantage and do whatever they can do to win. They are the "TRUE duelist" because they do what it takes to win and still get respected.

 frogbones I do agree there is no honour use robots to do your wins. just take look at me I don't use robots to do my wins.

@Xxmirxx You dare say I have no honor? I use robots because it helps me out in battle its part of the game and I do whatever I can to win. A TRUE duelist does whatever they can do to win and they do it fair and sqaure using boosters or a robot is not cheating or showing a lack of honor. You guys are just jealous because you dont have robots and because you dont wanna "waste" credits on boosters because it shows a sign of "weakness". I won many battles before I used 10 dollars to get a bot and a helm so dont tell me crap about having no honor.

All right... let's see here.
You say that because someone takes an opportunity to succeed (and they do), they are somehow a failure?

Following that thought, how can you say that someone that gives up that opportunity is somehow a winner?
These are important questions.

I'm not disregarding your viewpoint (at least, at this point), but I'm curious to see what your response will be.
Give me the benefit of a logical debate, as you put it.

I would also say that some people use boosters as a defensive measure or out of paranoia in the middle of a duel, not just when they are about to lose.
By the way, "If you disagree with me, you're flat-out wrong," does not generally hold up in an argument.

 You got it, Doctor! Okay, here goes: It's not about who wins or loses. It's about how the fight is fought. I come from the vantage point that boosting is strategical, yes, but no more strategic than bringing a knife to a fist fight. Sure, you "won," but you did not prove you were a better boxer/fighter. Actually, all you did was raise suspision about your fist-fighting skills.

Again, my rationale based on observation from 20,000 fights is that people usually boost when they percieve that they will be beaten. (They whip out their knife, so to speak.)

@FrogBones Yes but its not like its cheating its allowed. Therefore if allows you to have a higher % of winning and may make you more likely to succed why turn down the oppurtunity? And call people who take the oppurtunity somehow failures? I am not seeing your reasoing the boosters only cost 15 credits from Mirv each so why not use them? Its in no way cheating. So I dont get it.

@ Mirx, it's cause you're too cheap to buy one. No need for a lame excuses why you don't have one.
(Or no luck in the Arcade, cause you've propably gave it alot of tried & no luck)

Boosters & Bots are there to give you an advantage. If you don't want it don't take it, that's you're problem.
It's like Mages, some mages use a sword cause it's give them more of an advantage in a battling. Would you start complaining cause a mage isn't using a staff? No. (some mages are better with staffs than swords, some are better with swords than staffs)

At the end of the day they are there to be used by players, there's no lose of honour/respect if you boost.

 Why would I want to spend money on this game Lambo. When robots will be free soon and I am almost done buy all achieve and only thing I need is 2vs2 badge.

Silly question. You would spend money to support this game & to make yourself stronger. If you don't want to do that then stop the complaining. A bot is already free (cash wise) from the Arcade. I could care less if you have all the achievements or not. I didn't ask.

Like I said, you're just too cheap to buy one & just make excuses. You're just a Tag-a-long.

No disrepect to you, this is just what you keep on proving to me everytime I read you're posts.

i always boost if i get crit'ed or if my opponet deflects or blocks its just like a insurance policy

 were excuse Lambo If I need 6k in wins to buy from shop and need two win 2vs2 badge. Your pretty much look down a pond non varium. I rather spend my money on game I won't get bored easily with. Why would I want spend money on ED only thing it brought me is addiction and waste of life. this game is like gambling addiction once you pay your always buying varium. It seems I won after this I spend nothing and I almost gotten all achievements.

If you boost you have a higher chance of winning unless your terrible ._.
If you dont boost, you save some money.

Who cares about respect in this game anymore :P

Be very grateful of the paying community keeping this game alive & letting you keep on playing.
If you're bored & you're a free player, no one is stopping you from leaving now. So why don't you move on if it's a 'Waste of Life.'
It's not like a gambling addiction at all. We pay when we need to. We don't have to if we don't want to. Like I said, we pay to support this game & to make ourselfs stronger. The only thing you win is a few battles in-game, you're the one who said it's a waste of you're life, so you're not really winning anything...
I don't look down on non-variums at all. I look down on people like you. Look at you're post & I'll let you judge why.

So, boosters are fun. Yahoo!
