I want to discuss how many people want the Dev's to be more involved with the community.

Making a topic & replying to the people who has posted, doesn't take much & could make this game such a better game, IF the Dev's communicated with us. Talk with us, listen to what we have to say, we have problems we want them resolved. I know everything can't be done in a week, but if you posted saying 'We will try & resolved people's problems' instead of a mod posting 'We read every topic & every post, but we don't reply' Could go such a long way. It would stop the flaming (Me xD) It would let me & others know that you care & are willing to help the community out. Most of the community think you're just doing these releases for the money, including me.

So take a little break from making ED, post alittle, be more involved with the community, it's something so easy what can do everyone alot of good.

For the Mods, I've made this topic cause I keep getting warned about my flaming. So I thought I'll be calm & make a topic to Discuss this with the community.
I'm not starting, but if this topic get's locked, then it's not my fault to have to start flaming to get my point across.

I want to discuss prices and releases involving costing players. Prcies are way to high to to release things like enhancements, without doing anything to prices is ridiculous. Also it would be wise not to stab varium spenders in the back with piddly little achievemnts after putting their hopes up, eg. the whole jugg thing, it cant be that hard to give players exactly what it cost them, not more, and certainly not less, and incase you dont realise a little achivement having almost no money value is something extremely LESS. Players would be alot more happy if future updates became more price friendly and involve giving players rewards when required to the expected standard.

^I agree.

On a side note. It's funny how so many people moan at me for flaming. Posting/quoting me & even flaming me.
(I'm even getting warned, cause the ED Team don't listen & I have to resort to flaming to get my point across)
They tell me to make some constructive post & what not. I try to make a topic so we can all discuss things, yet when I do only 1 person replies, lol.

Seriously. Only way to get people's attention on these forums is to flame...

Lambo , I have read alot of your so called "Flames" but i just wanna say i agree with every single one that i have read. But you should cut out certain words if you want it to be even considered by devs, or noticed by the mods. Because alot of your replies are very true. Infact you should post them all here exept edit it to expected standard. (it might make a diffrence :O)

Yeah I know Remorse, I've been patient. There's only so long I can wait before I start.
I know alot of my replies are very true, even if I was all goody goody with my posts, the Dev's would still not notice.
The only time I'm noticed is if I flamed. The community joins in & the mods join in, yet I'm the bad guy cause I've had enough of just being ignored.
I get warned, I get flamed, yet still Titan or Nightwraith still never post they just get there helpers to say 'They read every topic & every post, they just don't have time to post.'

As you can see I made a topic with no flames or nothing, hardly any members post, no mods post & ofcourse the Dev's haven't posted.
If I added flame to my post, the mods would post & so would members post. Then I'll get warned & my topic locked...

Well i just waiting for the devs to reedem themselves , they have so many opportunities and each time they leave us disapointed leaving the redemption to have to be something truly special , never the less it can be done and i hope it's done and they can start buy givin the gold juggernaughts something of equal value to what they spend. For some reason thier are people happy with what they got that leaves me confused but i realise that it must because they have come to terms with being disapointed everytime and are nuetrel when we get what i call a disapointment. It's not too late devs. just start thinking from the buyers / players view before making decions on priced and rewards etc. and remember that it is real money you are taking from people. SO be nice and give players what they deserve and incase you don't know this answer why not have a look and the forum post idea's and see what the bulk of non greedy players sugest as reasonable.

@Lamb0

One factor for your thread's low reply rate is the rather ambiguous title. You might want to edit that. And even after I have read your first post, I am not entirely sure what this thread is about. At first I thought it was about the number of people who want the devs to communicate with them (which isn't a great topic to discuss on). Then Remorse came in with his post on the recent juggernaut update. The link isn't entirely clear.

If you want to get attention, I suggest that you edit your thread title and first post to centre around the topic 'how could and should the devs communicate with the community' (if it were me, I would add 'and the mutual responsibilities of both parties'.) You're heading in the right direction now. Don't resort to flaming :)

You know what Lamb0, this thread really strikes me. I wish that ED's devs would organize an open forum with the players on something like Yahoo Messenger and then we have a conference there, so that we can finally talk with them. It's kinda like an online live debate. If that were to happen, we don't need promises from the devs, we need immediate action.

Petitioning for change through threats is not allowed here. That part of your post has been removed. ~Everest

@pinoy idols

Immediate action is not realistic. At most, the devs can set a deadline for themselves, which is in itself a promise, that they would implement what they had promised to do by that deadline. An organised revolt against ED is also idealistic, because ultimately the people who do quit will, numerically, be insignificant, for not many people would abandon a game that they have spent so much money on. Moreover thus far the devs' actions do not warrant something so drastic.

Charfade says the Devs try to be on after the update but i wouldn't mind if the Devs spent the day after the update on the forums even if it set the update back a day or two becuase we used to wait a two or three weeks for updates which is still fine by me as long as we are communicating with the devs
