 If you're using a something like "Matomy" there should be a "Check offer status" or "Offer Status" button somewhere on the top right of the offers page.

If you're absolutely sure you have done the offer, and still haven't gotten any points, "Inquire"
about it and send them an E-Mail. Hopefully, they'll get to you very soon.
