Who thinks the chances of being blocked or deflected should be taking a look at or changed a bit.

Disagree its fine the way it is all it needs is for them both to only reduce dmg by 50% and the max chance for both should be 55%.

I disagree blocks are what allow me to win against 5 focus builds and berserkers so easily.

make crits ignore 50% instead of 75%, lower the highest chance for crits from 13% to 10%, lower blocks minimum chance to 1%, if u have 100 more dex then ur enemy and he blocks thats bs -.-, and maximum to 40% (before SA)
