 Here is just a little whimsical observation with regards to 'Barren's Creek'. As a geographical area on maps etc it's described using the adjective 'Barren Creek' or "The Barren Creek' which, of course suggests an inhospitable environment. But, on the teleporter the destination is described as 'Barren's Creek' A Possessive adjective which shows ownership. This suggests a Creek belonging to Barren or being named after Barren hence 'Barren's Creek' :)

 Interesting Liz, there's no mention of anybody called Barren or close to in the NPC list. Perhaps we'll find out one day, this is certainly interesting to say the least and i'll be speculating for a while now :P

Maybe it belonged to Barren but he left because the taxes were too high, as everyhting is in ED.

All he is asking is
where the name Barren's Creek came from really.

Because the (') is where it is.
It looks as though it was named after a guy named Barren.

Whereas it would not have the (') if it was a creek that was dried up (Barren)


I think this is it.
Correct me if I am wrong.

Well. Perhaps this "Barren" is hiding in the Lawman's office? We cant go up their to find out.

 @Fay,

That's exactly it. Although I imagine it's just a grammatical error. Just thought I would point it out for a bit of fun. Unless Titan, Nightwraith etc want to say otherwise...............

So some one owns the barrens? I cant think of any names or why it would be called that this is A PUZZLE THAT MUST BE SOLVED im off to grab my jacket and detective stuff TALY HO!!!!!!!!

What on earth is "Barren's Creek" anyway? Isn't it, wait, let me write that in bold- "Barren's Outpost"???
