npc's are supposed to be a little bit oped, this is because they ONLY do a set type of moves, it is VERY predictable, it is rather troublesom how some crit more than others, but once again, predictablility, my personal, and only qualm (now that the npc's were balanced, for npc's, from the decreaseing effect that stat pts do on stats) is that they ALL have a 2 turn cool down instead of 3 for feild medic, if the devs fix that, then i really wouldnt see a problem,
