 adding requirement just like bounty hunters :

tech for hybrid (both merc and tactical ) and support for reroute

its not fair that they can max their passives with no requ and bhz have to use their passives at half of their power just so their builds work

and poison grenade should have a tech requirement just like bhz or take the requirement from the bh one :)

Agreed, but tech on Hybrid wouldn't do much becuz most Mercs/Tacts have a decent amount of tech unless they spam str.

I should ignore threads like these. Its funny how people ideas are to nerf others without a care about balance itself. Nerf is a fail idea. STOP THE NERFING!!! Only undoing and buffing is the solution to balance weakening your fellow players is not right. It starts more uproars.

 lol isai could you shut up pls bro xD you might wana go back to where shadow arts had 10% to deflect with the block and stun and ddnt have a requirement neither did blood lust and tell me if nerf is needed or not -_-

Reroute should have a strength requirement and hybrid armor should have a support requirement :P

YES even u put some specific requirement a 5 focus allways could get the requierements couse of 45 str. 45 dex, 45, tech, 45 support... and more for lvl 33... so QQ.

 5 focus is not the problem the problem is the str and support abusers

reroute with str requirement ??? mages already got 2 working builds we dont wana make them complain more by ruining one of them so support would be best and tech for hybrid maybe 40 maxed or 38 cz ev1 that uses oped builds with maxed hybrid has about 32 or less tech :)

@sylar67 Why should I shut up? Because I admit the truth? Nerf is not needed at all. That was added because of people seeing a extra 10% chance on 3 luck factors and losing their mind.

i agree , no more requirements remove all passive reqs its stupid :S and limiting creative builds

42 supp req on Shadow arts is ridiculous , its a 100% luck skill and having this much req , what about 5 focus build they can easyly max it and use with rexlex boost + high dex :S

i think every passive req should be removed except SA (but reduced) because luck is too strong in ED.

Agreed with IsaiahtheMage and TurkishIncubus here... Got nothing to add though, i just don't support this idea, it might be logical to some, but it doesn't make it the right choice.

@Mirxx No. I dont want nerfs on any class. Just buffs and removing reqs and returning skills to their original state. When did I ever say I wanted Mercs to be nerfed? When? I don't recall.

people dont realize that if u add reqs to skills like hybrid armor mercs and tac merc will start using 5 focus builds. and everyone knows focus builds are OP no matter what class u are. so please be quiet and stop trying to ruin this game. because u think a str merc might be hard? or a support merc? focus merc is far worst than those. any class with 5 focus is far worst than any other build used for that class.

really keep buffing cool :) maybe in few years wel start to do over 1000 damage :) whats wrong oh ya the damage will lose its importance . Enough said , and as i said dont like my post you aint welcomed here .

putting a high requirement on them will send ppl running to 5 focus builds. they already put the multi dex requirement to 37 so w/e..

NO not a tech req, that will only force them into tank builds, it should be a dex or str req

TLM is for the skilless players who have no strategy
