Beep Beep! ArchKnight AQ / ED


 With the release of new classes (or Evolutions of the old ones, if you prefer) there are bound to be struggles trying to defeat them. Personally it is Tactical Mercs as they have Hybrid Armour and occasionally an Energy Armour resulting in quite a lot of defence/resistance. Just now after one used Technician his res was around 36-44 +9 +1 and i could barely scratch him. What do you find most difficult to defeat and why?

(The comparison between me and said Merc was a spongy ball and a concrete block)

Given this, there are ways to overcome defences, e.g Malf, Smokescreen etc. But still they may overcome you in one way or another. Even some of the original classes put up a good fight.

So, what troubles you the most and how do you find a way through to defeat them? Any special strategies or just go in flailing and hope for a kill?

Jokes. What I actually do is cry a river, build a bridge, and get over it. 90% of the rest of epicduel could learn from that.

I am now one of those tanks lol. However, when I was a 5 focus dex tech mage, i did have a strategy. My strongest attack was the gamma bot. So I would use a strong lvl 4 technician to cut energy damage (relying on my 111 dex for blocks and phys defence) and strengthen my bot. I would then begin to chip away. One could consider this to be a battle of 2 tanks. However, I also relyed on reroute to out heal my opponent. After about 20 rounds and 4 heals (and 2 boosters from both) I would almost always win. Unfortunately, since TaMs have reroute this strategy won't always work. Of course, TaMs do not have any phys shields. Exploiting this weakness (ex strong phys attacks) can help you beat them.

My opinion is that if people are not able to get a good build with a certain class, they will whine against the others who did.

I haven't been battling much, only encountered a few lower level new classes. I plan to stay BH until all nerds/buffs have been dealt with.

 Nerds buff tthe game. Titans a nerd. He's smart enough to create this game from scratch, which means he's a nerd. And he buffed/nerfs stuff. The nerd buffs stuff.

I use my last resort(berserker) to finish the job. Rage crit deals over 64-70 damage at high resistance.

can you use bezerker with a staff? Cause blood mages use staffs otherwise they cant use a bunch of skills and if they got a staff then is it no bezerker?

all the new BM skills can be used with staffs. if not it wouldn't make sense.
