Well, I started playing ED coz of 2 of my friends. Actually, they're not all that close, in fact, I didn't even know their names :P But then I somehow found out about ED, and then one of my other friends started playing. He's now lvl 27 and he quit after that. He plays AQW now. One of my friends who introduced me also quit. The other one who introduced me is active. But, other people in school would laugh at me if they knew I played ED (or any other AE game for that matter). Everyone's interested in either COD, TF2, or Halo -.-

Thankfully, I choose friends who are mature enough not to criticize my interests.

Well i did have a friend that I didn't like so much but when we met he told me about epicduel (which i already knew). Ithought he'd be a varium crazy BH or merc but he was just a level 27 we met and he saw i had 3 stars.After that i regretted that i left this game for some stupid hobby i never found. Guess I'll be stuck on the computer till i get a GF. I've told a few of my other friends too but he says it sucks because of 3 things Lame graphics (probably alpha or beta) Not so much interaction and finally 'the can't find a good suitable playstyle for it. I don't tell anyone about it except my bro and sometimes people who I happen to overhear talking about it. If anyone more knew i played this game I'd probably be happy and just go on telling them more PvP games that i like for example DotA or something like that.

I do, even the girls in my classes know, they dont mind since Majority plays games! xD

ED is fun, since you meet knew people, sure its a game, But the world is just 1 big play ground!

I told people they all played their all free players though and they beg for my account and sometimes say things that are just cruel.

I actually don't.
No one knows that I play any of the AE games except for my in-game friends (B/c I met them in-game, they should know that I play b/c... well yeah.)

 Shoot everyone knows I do and it changes nothing. If someone didn't want to talk to you because your playing a game then that's their problem and in the end you wouldn't have gotten along anyway. It's kinda like Yugioh or Magic. Any of you all ever play that? Man I still got my decks from school and would play in a heartbeat if I had someone to play with at my age lol. Thing is by lookin at me you'd never know I like the nerdy things in life. If everyone could accept themselves for who they are and stop worrying what others think you would see way more peeps doing these things because truthfully it is very fun and addicting to strategize and outwit your opponent. Oh wait I forgot it's not fun for the stupid ones because they would lose over and over then they have to come at you with trash talk to make themselves feel better :D

 Then again, actually saying I play this game would be a lie. TBH, a few of my friends know I've played... they were more shocked with that I spent money then that I actually have played.

If I had spent the 350$ elsewhere, I'd probably be a much happier person.

Lol, some awesome replies and I have tell many friends and they're like '' Oh, cool, I play this and this''. We are not nerds but just boys and girls having fun of a game, it will be like if we play with a psp, ps3,3 xbox or any other console of videogames, that is what I think :P. Their opinions don't do a scrath in my personality, maybe if some girl insult me but then none xD

On many of my college and scholarship applications, I wrote about how I enjoyed playing chess. Had I written about how I enjoyed playing a 2-D turn-based online flash game that costs hundreds of dollars, I probably would have been rejected by everything I applied for despite my 2340 SATs. Go figure.

Wow, I'm shocked at who has and who hasn't. I honestly only consider two people friends, and they both know :P My friend Joe and I make fun of each other: I make fun of him for playing CoD, and he makes fun of my for playing Mortal Combat(that's what he calls ED)

I also told one of my piers about DragonFable, my root game.
