I would suggest that the best way to lvl the playing feild would to do the following 1. take away hybrid armor and replace with defense matrix 2. give poison grenade a wepone requirement (club) 3. increase the cost of all skills excluding technician, defense matrix, and feild medic so that reroute is required to pull off more than one powerful skill per match (just like the tech mages) reroute is fine (it works with the story because they are civillian scientists) but the skills need to be raised accordingly, why do you think we no longer see caster mages?* *retorical question, it is because the ammount of mp that would be requirered would need to be more than 48 (just doing a max skill like plasma bolt doesnt even leave enough for a lvl 1 feild medic) not to mention the fact that none of the tech mage skills (besides super charge, which is SO overpriced that no one uses it so it really doesnt count) ignorses no res and does not increase crit chance
