I think pretty much all arguments gold mentioned against multi buff are pointless.You are taking in consideration that mage or bh has energy bunny borg,full enhancements,best gear...everything.You cannot create ''perfect'' player and go from that.
Besides,if you play the game and you do,how many high lvl mages do you see with multi?How many bh do you see with multi?I don't know any to be honest,and that's for a reason.And how many mercs do you know with multi?Exactly my point.You can argue all day posting all kinds of reasons why mage and bh shouldn't have good multi(which is just dumb,all classes should have good multi),when the fact is all you need to do is play 2vs2 for 15 min and you will see everything as clear as it is.
The way I see it now,you are op,you want to stay op and I don't blame you.If I was op I'd like to stay that way too.Maybe you're afraid if mages and bh get stronger multi they might actually be able to beat you,might actually stand a fair chance.But hey,knowing how ''balance'' and ''care for equality'' works in this game,you don't have to worry about anything.Last few ''nerfs'' showed us pretty well how much our opinion matters.

and u cant do it form a non vars point of u because u cant compare a non var multi to a varium multi on merc.
the non var will have WAY less defense and resistance if he wants a multi as strong as a varium player (even then it doesn't come close)

me and several others dont have the multi. i prefer str builds for 2 vs 2.
why?
because once that multi and ur energy is gone u only have ur aux in support builds. but with str i have unlimited strikes and and a gun with a cooldown of 2.

all skills/classes will be good at their own stuff.

yup the last few release did show u how much ur opinion mattered. people asked for defensive skill for bloodmage and they got one. now the devs are ungratefully getting bashed about it.
and idk if u know how many times i class changed IN delta alone.

tac merc to bloodmage
bloodmage to cyber hunter
cyber hunter to tac merc
tac merc to merc
merc to mage
mage to BH
BH to tac merc.

 Why do you not read everything i type and remember it? TECH AND SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS FOR MULTI AND REFLEX BOOST!!!!!!! ALSO I do say its pretty fair that BH and TM can get buffs on their multi (reflex and malf) BECAUSE TACTICAL MERC HAS THEIR BUFF FOR THEIR MULTI TOOOOO!!!! (Smoke!). ALSOOO WITH UR LITTLE TANK THING U SAID: They absolutely DESERVE IT!
Mercenaries have Hybrid Armor and they can get an Energy Armor! Who cares if thats BH form of tanking?? My tanking technique is a Strength build with very high dex and very high tech along with Above Average Strength! WITH Hybrid armor and energy armor!
I deal an amazing amount of damage WITH smoke and high defenses to never be killed easily! And if Reflex tries to stop me, I have decent support with an energy Aux! AND dont forget about the above average strength! Energy Stun gun should do the trick on any defensive shields!

So thank you for proving me yet ANOTHER point! BH NEEDS TANK BUILDS ANDDDD MULTI BUFF!!!!!!!!
Also if u didnt notice, MERCENARY TANKS WITH BUNKER BUSTER!!!!!!!

I dont think i will. Mercenaries have had the best ratios for a long time. BH and Mages need something done now with their 2v2 ratios. And this will fix it!

BH and mage are capable of having the same ratios as tac merc and merc.
just that incompetent players who like to copy and paste cant make their own builds.
so they rather QQ and have a buff on their skills instead of using their brains.

back in beta i use to get 80% win ratio with mage. (not heal loop)
rogue ninja gets 80% with BH
my original class was merc. and i use to get about 70-75%
but i did better with mage.

I wasn't comparing non var,but normal var.Not everybody has newest,best gear.And even if majority does,you were being too specific.

Several is not majority plus aux that hits 40+ and has high chance of critting...not bad at all.If you add heal between and your partner,you got it all covered.

Yes they asked for def but not to have one of their best skills removed.Blood mage was suppose to get a buff not a nerf,and ask anybody,this was a nerf.They barely did anything to other classes.And yeah I think you do care cause last you changed is tac.merc. and now you are fighting against other classes being equal to it.And again,I know you will say-they are equal,but leaderboard,entire community says they are not.

ohh im sorry its just that its people with the best newest gear that others are loosing to, thats why they complain in the forums

my several i mean hundrends (i cant say thousdans because there aren't that many people online thru out the day)
there are str builds - no multi
poison builds - no multi
surgical builds - no multi
so basically only 2 vs 2 and some 1 vs 1 player (usually those who put it all on support which is bad because u loose easily to str builds) use the multi.

my last change was to tac merc yesterday.
and those who wanted a buff on bloodmage should have been more specific on what skill it should have replaced.
which honestly i dont think would have made much difference since most bloodmage use str and try to keep as less tech and support as possible. and matrix and reflex both run on support. so their buffing skills would be weak.

also sont expect bloodmage to be fine and dandy and go 2 hitting getting 95%
str merc about 5 months ago got 80-85% sometimes 90 if u npced more. (with best gear at that time)
so why should bloodmage get more than that? its capable of 3 turning people if u use large str (123-141)

As a long time bounty hunter who has won 1300+ 2v2 wins as a bounty hunter, I will attest that multi shot is an utterly useless skill in all regards. Plain and simple, it simply costs too many stat points and energy for it's mediocre damage, no matter how high your dexterity is.

^Used to work. I was about to almost hit the 70s with my multi shot. Then skil/statl diminishment happened

Two questions edward.

What was your opponents defense when you "hit the 70's" and what were your battle options AFTER firing the multi shot?

No I meant the base damage range almost got to 70(if maxed but I used level 7) But it could have hit 70 if it critted on a noob.
After Multi, I used Stun Grednade (amazing for level 2-4). Then just before the reflex boost wore off, I'd usually do another multi. Of course this would have worked better if I spent my varium.(don't feel like doing)

They already nerfed mercs.
they removed the 10% defense ignore on artillery strike.

Yea.."use" to work. Even with diminishing, mercenaries are able to reach 70 in their multi (I can too which is why that is totally not fair) And a bounty hunter has to do wayyy more work to even get off a 63 dmg multi.

@everyone
I think its pretty clear a lot of tacts and mercs like it this way and do not want a change because they are afraid of a little competition for that 2v2 title!!!!

its just the general public's mind set that they want to destroy the seamlessly strong class where you guys cant make a simple build to save your lives
i could be any class even mage or bh or any for that matter and i would beat any of you no brain people out there

I'm a tactical mercenary and i even have to admit that isnt fair! Apparently YOU'RE the no brain person if u want an unfair game like this!!! I bet right now, ur a mercenary of some sort!

 @helloguy i just guessed because u dont want mages and hunters to become strong in 2v2 as u r! Im not saying their r no good 2v2 bh or tm, but you have to be pretty awesome, full varium + enhancements to even qualify for the 2v2 title as a BH or TM.

And yes...I know i can beat you.

Yes, i am a TLM and i even gotta say that Mercenaries are OP for 2v2. 1v1 i think so far has gotten a little better at equality. But you guys have to admit. If you are a Varium merc/TLM, You are pretty confident once you see a bh or tm in 2v2.

Also i have seen quite a few non varium mercenaries of both kinds to win 2v2 championship. But i can honestly say, i've never saw a 2v2 champ as a non varium mage or bh (even though it probably was at a point) but its very rare.

the average high lvl, uses a 1vs1 build in two vs two, exculding merc and tac merc, the can adjust thier build for epic pwnage in 2vs2; but, two players in 2vs2 with 1vs1 build would probally beat two players in 2vs2 with 2vs2 build, becasue 1vs1 builds are designed not to feul on energy in order to survive.
But, since most 2v2 is mostly mercs and tac mercs, sometimes when a merc or tac merc gets another class as a parthner, it becomes mixed, and the other class wins.

But what ur saying is ture, espcially at high lvls, is almost rare to see high lvl players from other classes in 2vs2.
Tank builds(merc/TLM) should be baned from 2vs2 lol, or else my only option would be to play jugerment.

 A lot of people went completely off topic from what i was saying lol. No names tho. But let me say what i really meant before.

Multi is useless for lvl 25+ for mage and bh. So why even have an extra thing they cant even rlly use?
