I think it happens when two of the same class fight him. Better to fight with 2 different ones.

yes i agree fay beee but he is not worth fighting anyhow for 1800 credits just a waist of time

I think they should make 2x harder boss NPC and give it achievement for 5k rating.

we defeat him as 2 Tac Merc , simply do 5 focus than use energy only for heal :P you will win

Yeah he is hard. The reward simply don't cut it. I cannot understand how they would think that to put 1800 credits was fair and reasonable. Like most full varium level cap players, I am swimming in credits. (over 300k). What do we need credits for ? And for the broke ones, what can you possibly buy with this ridiculous amount ? Buy back the two boosters you spent killing him ?

Admin 11 is a very hard boss to fight, me and MrBones actually went at it, and to tell the truth, the main problem I have with the Admin is that he crited far to often and has more power than he should for someone with that much health, I know its 2v1, but with out bloodlust or frenzy I don't see how a normal merc, tech mage or cyber hunter is possibly supposed to beat him

 Well, I'd have to disagree with you. He was extremely easy for me and my friend, and this is coming from a non-varium player. In fact, I thought he was easier than the Armor Hazard. Granted, it took longer but it took 1 less try. The reward was not at all worth it but it's still good knowing you've completed all available missions to date and killed all boss NPCs. I would have liked for him to drop an achievement though.

Not Really all you need is 2 tact merc! ( 2 OP classes Can cancel out the other OP enemy right? xD )

But all you need is 2 lvl 33 and Either 1 TM and another TLM

Admin 11 is a helpless noob with a stun cannon, give him a break. In my opinion Admin 12 is harder to beat.

 We are planning to add Admin 11 to other quest lines, that's why he doesn't have an achievement attached to him.

The only reason I said 2 classes was that I beat him(BH) with a TLM) but it was close.
Neither of us retrained.

upon having finally beat him, thx Hellboy, I have to say, make sure to have high res, this actually stops him from using his powerful energy attks, no joke, if you have high res he wont use ANY energy attcks, and his phys attcks are kind of a joke, but are still something to recond with, just make sure to stock an energu and health booster and save mp for a lv 1 heal (it was sufficient for me *lvl 33 BH*) and just whack at him with an energy primary

I haven't fought him yet but thanks for the tip pumking. Though how much energy do you think? With my Focus build I have 20-24 def +1+12 and resistance of 27-33 +8+1

Is that enough to defeat him?

EDIT: I'm a tactical mercenary btw.

Got to agree with White Tiger. He wasn't easy but Hazard was a bit harder. Still Thx for the info on the achievement Cinderella. Will be keeping an eye out.

He's not really overpowered, it's just due to luck, because when me and my friend fought him (2 tac. mercs) I got killed becus of 1 crit (wasn't able to use boosters) and throughout the whole fight he critted a literal 10 times especially with his plasma canon attack and cheapshot.
