epicduel is about factions. Without factions what is the point of 1v1? Without factions this game would be nothing. You guys r going on about things that will *fix*
epicduel but it just wont im sorry to say that. Factions is the only hope of ed. The ed staff need to focus solely on factions, and class balance. What would be some
things that could make factions more exciting? Like I said without factions ed is basically nothing so we should all focus on that and think of ways to
make factions more fun and what about faction tournaments? Honestly we all know this game just keeps going farther down the drain so I think we need to do
something and stop come up with things that will most likely never happen. Just work with what we got at first and work from there. So thoughts?

To be honest I ignore the factions.

Having a unique look, using unique equipment, testing out new strategies, chilling with my friends, helping lower level players make builds, helping nonvariums defeat 2v1 bosses.

That's what epicduel is about to me.

But nonetheless factions are a crucial part of the game and sorely need more purpose. Purpose that the exile vs. legion scoreboard has done nothing to improve. A few things factions need:
>More achievements exclusively for very high level factions or very loyal players.

I think factions are just a small part of the game. The game is about fighting players and having fun...thinking of new stratgies to win your battles and much more. Honestly, I could get by this game without factions, but factions do make this game more interesting nonetheless.

really? Just doing 1v1 for literally no reason at all. Once you get 1v1 achievement what point is there to it? please explain

Sure, the game is a PVP game.

P.V.P. = Player vs. Player.

So at first sight, by the name alone, the game's existence revolves around the idea of fighting other players. So, if 1v1 was all there was to this game, the game was fulfilling its duty as being a PVP game. Anything beyond just fighting is extra.

Even if you achieved everything, doesn't mean it becomes pointless. There are still people you have fight and beat with every new phase and update of Epic Duel. 1v1, 2v2, The Faction War, etc, always changes for each player. When ED progresses into its next phase, there will always be new challenges and new strategies. So even if factions never existed we still can look forward to those new challenges and new strategies with every ED phase.

If you're gonna go down THAT road, whats the point to factions? It's just another reason to fight 1v1, and not necessarily a good one.

Larcell your saying that you don't want things like faction tournaments, faction wars improved, more achievements for factions, factions give ed excitement. just doing 1v1 everyday for no reason gets kind of boring if you havent noticed :/

There are many motivations to continue doing 1vs1:

- For the fun of it.

- To try new builds, weapons etc.

-To gain credits, tokens and experience

- To rank up (warlord, commander, emperor etc)

- To get wins for your faction.

-To win the daily champ

What happens when you become warlord,commander,emperor?NOTHING. Were almost forced into builds. And if you call people insulting you and people saying f4f every single battle
fun then I obviously dont understand the meaning of fun.
