skills have become obselete?

Recently, I realised that many of the skill are very underpowered.
Like the tm skill overload and plasma rain and ch and bh stun grenade, plasma grenade and multi shot and soon-to-be
artillary strike for the tlm and merc.
Does these skill need a buff for higher lvl player?

I agree the caster type skills become less and less good as you level up since your primary does almost the same amount of damage due to the constant increase in weapon damage and very slow increase in the stat the improves the caster skills.

I think that caster skills should be able to do more damage or something so people will actually use them instead of only passives, defensive moves, and debuffs

artilary strike won't go out because it is booster by support
