Ah!, is it just me or is this really anoying...

You can't even equip your wepons without having to pause a good 3 seconds inbetween. It doesnt seem like that bad of a thing but it really starts to get at you!!

 Yah, I think Titan implemented it to help with lag and drop the server requests, but I don't get it! Instead of running the script to equip the item it now runs a script to tell you to wait :/

Is that actually helping or is it creating more server requests?

Goony: thats a client request. Your client is what tells you that you have to wait. When your client tells you to wait, it doesnt send a request to the server.

 Ah, ok thanks Xen... That means the delay script is added to the packet that was downloaded as part of the client when you change the item... More data in the packet means more server resources used? Does the extra data transferred lessen the server load? I am a noob when it comes to how data is actually transferred :p

Edit: Meh, nevermind, the client is downloaded when I login or is used again if I haven't deleted my temporary internet files!

yep find it annoying too they should remove that useless and annoying feature. waste 3 seconds of my playing time each time i want to load 2 boosters.

I think it should be increased to 8 seconds for non variums too.
