It depends on the build I think. If it were me I would take maple cleaver.

Definitely maple cleaver, it has +9 damage base more and it has almsot equal stats to mjolnir.

This probably should be in battle strategy.
Definitely maple cleaver.
If you don't use the primary much, and ur using a support build, go with mjolnir.

If you are doing a high support build or a 2v2 build for merc, I strongly recommend Mjonlir
If you are using a tank build use maple cleaver
