i think they should stop this because even I have sold gamma bot and gamma bike for credits before i bought another package.
now i cant sell delta weps for the 40k credits (15K from package) before buying another pack.

you buy the $50 package, u get 4 delta weapons. not a rip off, you get exactly the same thing advertised right from the start.


@goldslayer: big difference in the profit from delta items and gamma items.

yeah but lets say u need more varium
*sells delta weps get 40k credits from them combined and several ammounts of varium*
*buys another package gets delta weps again +varium*
see what i mean now?
basically ur getting more bang for ur buck. and the devs dont want that thats why they dont want it to be sellable until after it goes rare which wont prevent hackers from selling it after.

dont buy the 10k package. how much varium do you need overnight lol. I know, more bang for buck, but for credits, we were getting way too much from resale.
maybe if they reduced resale value of delta weapons by 50% for the promo period, that would make both sides happy [i say happy, i mean raging mad]

I agree that the reason they gave was more or less a lie, but i still agree with the decision to restrict sales.

why would u lower the prices?
they are already the strongest weapons in the game.
u know how many times i enhanced a weapon (frostbane) then accidently sold it only to have to buy it again and enhance it all over again?
plus 10k for $50 which can go all away overnight isn't enough. so getting 55k-60k in credits from delta wep sellback + 10k varium is should be worth thet $50 for people who want to buy the packs to sell the weps.
and the game is getting more money aswell.
because of this, now i see no reason to buy another package until the next promo.
so in the end they are loosing money.

 @ jehannum : dude we PAY to get what we paid for not to be equal with a non payer

and you might wana tell me why did they do 4 weapons ? why ddnt they do a sword and a class shifter 1 item (staff/club/dagger) like the beta staff club daggers coming in 1 piece ? oh ya its because they want us to enhance more -.- extra 3400 varium why not pft.

they already did that they were 10k now they are 5k

lower the resale price. you cant buy them anyway so they dont have a purchase price. and I dont think 55k-60k is reasonable at all. more varium isnt a
bad idea, but that amount of credits is obscene. your basically set up for the next year from 2 packages while f2p players wont even have 50k credits
spare after that year has ended. its just making the gap so much bigger and also allows varium players to buy as many LQS items as they want.

if you want another 10k package, buy it for the varium and 15k credits. your not being ripped off, just the special offer for 60k credits is now over :)

and who cares if they lose money, i see complaints every update about how the devs just want our money every week.

also accidentally selling frostbane is your fault, not everyone elses.

well about the frostbane i thought i was clicking enhancements to switch enhancements on it but i clicked shop then sold it by mistake.

anyways
how is 55k-60k credits too much?
for every weapon and item i have, i spent 50k credits on enhancements to get 6 credits. and the rest of the enhancements on varium.
plus buying new stuff ingame which is usualy 15k-20k credits
so i would only be set for a few weeks if anything new is released.

also ur over exaggerating about the F2Ps
1k wins = roughly about 35k-40k credits depending if u play more during power hours.
so they aren't getting bad deals.
they could easily do 200 wins a day.

its too much because your basically doing all your enhancements via your varium package purchase.
if you enhance with varium, fine, but your doing it with credits and thats what my biggest issue with this is.

you get all your credit enhancements without even playing the game, they have to spend months [more realistic?]
to get enough credits to enhance one item. and 200 wins a day is a lot for a normal player especially with school,
homework, college, work and any other time restrictions that effect playing time.

I just dont think you should be able to buy everything.

xXx.MaMaRil.xXx (also known as MaMaRiL09 back then) use to be a non var averaging 200-300 wins a day.
with school time.
i use to do 200-300 average with school time back in January-February when i was in the old CAD.
xxmirxx use to do 200-300 a day aswell. jay hawk use to do 200-300 when he was in CAD too.
its not that difficult.
and i do play the game, its where most of my credits came from.
i use to be able to enhance 2 weps with 50k on each one by playing 1-2 weeks.
this would just merely let me enhance 1 wep while letting me do more retrains.

also everyone knows hybrid enhance is way better.
why pay 1200 varium for 8 slots
when u can pay 50k credits and 500 varium. thats basically saving over 60% on varium in enhancements
that is smart. and on ED staff's side making weapons non sellable isn't.
because that varium that i save from enhancing which i enhance with credits. i use it to class change

as a premium player i should not be limited to selling my weps or not.
and as a premium player i should have more rights than those who didn't pay a single cent. i should be able to get more credits by selling away my weapons.

Im presuming your a big advocate of THC :)

your not a premium player, your a player who chose to buy the better items etc.

I dont do 200-300 wins a day as a varium and I'm unemployed with a lot of time on my hands. [atm]

im sorry that i have to pay $50 for just 15k credits and 10k varium then since i wont be getting any extra copies of delta weps and wont be able to sell them either.
= im not getting the promo = i got partially scammed

the point of promos is to encourage players to buy the packages.
if i cant sell my delta weapons thenwhen i buy the package again im not getting the promo. so in the end whats the point of buying the package without the promo? when u can get it with the promo?

I bought the Celtic Cleaver three times. And guess what............. its not in my inventory anymore!
I sold it THREE TIMES!

I wish this were in place back when Celtic Cleaver was around. I also bought the Delta Weapons with one of my characters and sold them because he was not high level enough to equip them.

yeah but at that time u could have bought it again as u just said u bought it 3 times.
so if u sold it 3 times by mistake then thats just dumb.
frostbane was the 1st and only wep i sold by mistake and at that time i was very tired and confused the shop for the enhancement changing feature.

 If you knew how many PMs I get (here on the AEF, on Facebook, in-game), about "I accidentally sold my delta weapons" or "I got hacked" you might be more sympathetic toward me. >_< And you can still get the boost, but I'm sure that some of those people who "lost" their delta weapons sold them for the credit/varium boost, and want to get them back without another package.

yeah i can understand
if they got hacked hacked as in they DID NOT give away their user and pass then their items should be returned.
but if they gave away their user and pass then they should not get a refund so they can learn their lesson.

back then when people accidently sold their stuff they either bought it again or didn't have it anymore at all. plain and simple.

 @sageofpeace- that's my fault. I didn't realize the sellback for the Delta weapons. This was a feature I wanted.

 @ cindy what diffrence does it make if its unsellable now and sellable in the futur thats the trick is now you cant sell it and its available to reobtain and hackers cant sell it but in the futur hackers can sell it and you cant get an other one :)

i myself never click an OK button without reading 3 times whats written so i dont sell anything by mistake :)

i really think that you should't make your self responsible for the mistake the player do in game.

well nothing to about if like you say you were getting so many pm about how accidentally they sell their weapon i just hope that you do that in the future went we actually need it.
