 Simple fact people say ''OMG STOP BLOCKING YOUR SO LUCKY!!''
Yes blocking is about dex+luck so if you have like 130 dex odds are your still not gunna block as much it happens alll the time lol

what I meant was, if each fight all your skills worked in the exact way they were supposed to without any random element to spice it up, the game would be incredibly predictable.
if you thought creativity is bad now, imagine it were certain builds ALWAYS win cause theirs no chance of anything else happening.
