also u already need an ingame account registered in one of the games for some time before ur actually allowed to make an account.

to prevent people fully scaming the account.

How about when you try to change a password you have to enter the orignal email adress as well as password.

This way people won't get fully scammed.

 What's an IP ban do? That's only effective against children. I don't think I need to tell you the amount of times I've been perma-banned talking about AQ.

@Remorse two posts down, my point exactly as to why I'm done discussing topics here in this forum. You guys are too far too young to understand anything and you advertise far above your stature.

Good Riddens forums wasted too much time here gotta get back to watching One Piece rofl....

An IP ban is a blocking of an IP adress meaning that you cannot create / log into an account using the blocked IP adress.

exactly all computers have an IP. any new accounts made by that IP would be rejected or banned aswell.
