I appreciated everyone who took time to post on this thread. Why did you all post, simply because what else is there.
The transition for this new rules, was quite interesting. Are they really new, I don't think so. When viewing the other sections of the forums, they all look and act the same. Every game in regard to this forums acts and behaves the same.
While the moderators are locking most threads that fit in certain criteria, I hope the also they take time to reseed the board too.
I disagree with the adjustments that have been made, because I know there are more positive and structurally sound ways for improving the experience for players of Epic Duel who post here.
Now our community is now deemed unruly and treating the staff with disrespect, and we need to be forced to be suppressed to "learn" how to act. To some aspects, LB is correct. but this is based on many factors that contribute to it. The game has made decisions in many aspects to cause issues of enjoyment of experience a challenge. It is expected many would be emotionally charged. Beyond pvp, this game, at this point has very little layered content. So the issues that are repeated and voiced are universal throughout the community.
The Moderators do the best they can in dealing with the situation in how they know best with the given rules. Could there be more constructive ways in dealing with emotional posts of frustration, indeed there is, but just as players act a certain way due to circumstances, the moderators will reactively behave to nullify the situation instead of comforting the situation.
Many of you who have been very kind to me over these many years. I truly appreciate your care.
When I see this board, and though it can be ruckus due to many game issues, I view it as tame compared to real life situations. With some love, care and patience, much could be dealt with.
I am not sure what is planned by Moderating staff at this point. I will wish them and the community the best in better partnership. I was invited on this forum as a guest, and I feel my time is now finished. I tried to set an example in being constructive, and in some manner, I wanted to prove this community is truly wonderful. I went against few rules to prove some positive alternatives could do benefit for the community. A moderator could rebut my statement in regard to community standards, and the best was is to ask before acting, yet it doesn't matter anymore.
I have posted my feelings on the importance of these forums in reflection to this game, and what changes should happen. The game to succeed needs this forum to contour to how the game evolves. This game needs a solid community to back the Epic Duel. I have pm'ed Circe and it will be their choice to keep it as the same as the other communities, or give it special attention and make certain changes to give this community something to be positive about while the game continues to improve.
Most and nearly of all my posts were because I cared about the community of Epic Duel.
