The standards aren't all finished yet, but as parts of them are finished, they'll get applied to items that are released. As you can probably tell, there isn't a pricing standard yet, so the level 33 weapons are a bit on the cheap side! Applying these standards retroactively probably won't happen because of the time it would require and the mess it would make with peoples existing builds. Here's how the tradeoff between stats and damage will work. Normally 1 damage would equal 4 stats (note that diminishing returns are not taken into account in this conversion) if you could use that weapon every turn. Guns have a 2 turn cooldown, in other words they can be used every 3rd turn, so their damage bonus is 1/3 of it's listed value, or 1 damage = 4/3 stat points. Auxiliaries factor in their cooldown in the same way, except they have a 3 turn cooldown, so their damage is equal to 1/4 of it's listed value or 1 damage = 1 stat point. @gk365: Yep, Wiseman and myself were responsible for stating these new weapons. ^^
