Strong DOT
Lower enemy haste
Stun
Lower enemy attack power
Enhance user's attack power

No, there are currently no abilities which improve the effectiveness of Shadow Powers.
What powers do the following?:
Strong DOT Frozen Doom
Lower enemy haste Ion Burst (Member), Taser (SC), Brain Freeze
Stun Stupefacio (rare), Bash (SC), Taser is basically a stun (SC)
Lower enemy attack power There are attacks that improve your resistance. Many of the powers in the PvP shop.
Enhance user's attack power. Animal Fury (Member rare), Warrior Spirit, Frozen Core, the fire version of that, Super Intellect (SC), ect

Please specify if nonmember, SC, or member please! ^^

@Wing Zero Gundam There's no way to tell for sure, but my guess is that it was supposed to be sc. They might fix it so that it's being sold for sc later this week, they might leave it and fix it next year, they may decide to leave it fame permanently, or it may have not been a mistake at all. I got it just in case(plus I think it's pretty cool) and other than that we'll just have to wait and find out.

@Blackshock It would depend on your build. I find that Reality Rend works better with a full mental build. Pyrokinesis is a little more flexible towards any build and is not quite as strong as Reality Rend when put into a mental build. I also find that Reality Rend is more popular among PvPers.

@Excaligon AQW I believe that the Good and Evil shops will hold some permanent rares. Dumoose hinted that there would be rares at the end of the war on Twitter, but I'm not 100% sure that he meant permanent rares. I guess we'll find out when one of the sides(most likely evil) hits 100%.

The lava temptation set and the Enforcer gauntlets don't appease me, so yes that's my suggestion :) Also considering that you are a member(not sure if expired though) you might want to keep those rares that you have, far better considering that they came from the movie plex. :) Oooo how I love your pirate stuffs!

Anyone know good skills that go really well with Vampire Bite?

Also know any good strong attacks that do massive damage (Anything besides Death Touch)

1: Anything really, it depends on what type of build you use. I can say that it is more powerful than I thought it would be...

can someone give me a pic of where to hide the presents for "hide presents" quest? I'm missing one and I've looked everywhere...or is it a bug?

I found 3 in mainstreet east, 3 in mainstreet west screen one and 3 in mainstreet west screen two.

Boom: I think there is 4 in mainstreetwest (can't remember what screen though) that is hidden behind a monster, making it nearly invisible.

@Fish Well, the rules do say that you aren't allowed to edit your image other than cropping and adding in captions. Although we can't know for sure, I'd like to assume he didn't cheat and used an actual item. I'm going to search the wiki for it and edit this when/if I find it. It's not in the wiki(although I can't say I find it super reliable...) and it's not any of the present shops. I don't recall ever seeing it before and I'd say it's non-existent, but I can't prove it. :l

In the cutscene when you are going to do the Aquatian Crysis missions, your character gets hit in the face by a starfish. That's where the picture must have come from.
