    Bonuses: Dodge +5, Boost +5, Luck +20
    Special Effects:
    Star Captains: 100% Chance of "Smokescreen! Star Captain Power Activated!", decreases opponent's Bonus by 50 and increases your Boost by 30 for 5 turns.
    Non-SC: 100% Chance to cause 1x HP DoT to opponent and increase your Boost by 30 for 5 turns.

    Combos: None

    Description: Creates a thick smokescreen. Star Captain's have access to smoke so thick it can affect it's victim's ability to hit.
