^ I'm glad there's someone else here who sees this (almost) the way I do.
I say almost because, although I don't find them all that OP, I don't think it's just for kicks that all these players are complaining about them.
If you can't beat them, join them. Well, we don't want ED going gray, dull, and boring, now do we?
You can't make a build with the sole purpose of beating another build, that will destroy your record.

It's (sadly) a problem that must result in the re-designing of the TLM. If that doesn't work, there's no choice but to kill it entirely.
We can't go nerfing on and on, that won't get us anywhere. We're just going to break the game.

@Below Quantity vs Quality. We're back at square 1.
@Hyped Isn't it a bit cold to criticize someone's English when they may not live in the States or other English speaking countries? We're here to discuss Strength builds, not others...

What do you expect? The devs nerfed the hell out of the only build that could beat the auto pilot build strength and that was heal loop. All strength users do is strike, maul, smoke. A person with down syndrome could play strength. It's a pity how this game forces the players to play quick battles instead of ones that take time and skill to play.

Which ironically is TurkishIncubus's build of choice, because I played against his delicious Delta Maul build. Talk about irony.

I have finally returned to Epicduel after poking around with some Bigpoint games (They are terrible, super DUPER terrible), and I am disappointed to see that Epicduel has not changed at all.

Strength builds have been some of the most common abusive builds since over a year ago; players have continually complained about them throughout gamma and delta phase. Yet the balance change did nothing to address strength.

A well prepared balance adjustment would definitely have considered this prevalent problem, as the most OPed TLM builds were SUP and STR, as reported by many disgruntled players. This letdown is very surprising, since the devs had taken more than a month to develop and apply this "enlightened fix". How could they have forgotten strength? It is almost beyond reason.

In other news, I am sad to report that Bigpoint games are terrible.

Darkorbit: This game has a f2p - p2p gap beyond proportions. If you encounter a "wallet warrior", you are doomed, no escape, dead in less than ten seconds, no matter what ship you fly.

Seafight: same problem

Battlestar Galactica: p2p - f2p gap less of a problem, but the game is excruciatingly boring. Although this game has good graphics, 80% of the time, You are scanning and shooting at freaking ROCKS.


This leaves pretty much no alternative to players looking for a good game. Epicduel is better, but still terrible.
