160/32=5 It's not a huge increase of price and now it's more managable for low levels. Does no one remember suffering through dozens of fights at low levels trying to fix your build costing you half the price of a weapon? It's ridiculous that people should complain about 5 extra fights on the retrain cost when they should think their builds through more carefully. Don't make a build until you made it out on paper first. Get all the stat boosts and requirements down before hand and you'll find you won't spend thousands because you didn't match a requirement or your stats didn't add up perfectly.

Fail...

Legendary AK!!!

5*30=150 5*2=10 5*32=160. 660-500=160 It only costs someone 5 more battles than it used to to retrain.

@aqw Player

Ouch.

On topic:

I agree its not THAT big of a price increase, but I would still like to see it lowered to the old price of 500 credits. Why are we paying extra, for the new buttons? Sure it takes 20 minutes less to retrain now, but thats how it should have been in the first place. You just messed up the first time around, no need to charge us 5 more battles per retrain because of this ;)

@ND Mallet
Oh sowwy I thought you were talking about the total price. But 5 more battles (supposing you WIN all of them) for each retrain can get pretty expensive in time...
@Nexus
Besides, we still can't temporarily equip other items while retraining. Meaning we still have to make the build on a paper (or in my case, in an excel document).

Well, It would be beneficial for all to cut the price in half and cap the retraining price at 350 when level 35 comes. If retraining was cheaper, there would probably be less class jumpers since you could just find that build that works against the Oped class instead of becoming the old class just like it is now.

I agree completely. cutting the cost in half would fix the problem. it would still be 10.8 fights per-retrain, but it would also be extremely reasonable.

I think retraining cost should be done based on stat points. i.e. 1 stat point = 5 credits. Therefore if you wanted to tweak your build by moving around a few stat points say 7-8, then it would cost you around 40 credits. If you were to completely retrain at level 34, that would be 34 x 4 x 5 = 680 credits. Yes its 20 credits more, but its based on stat points. So if a level 20 wanted a retrain completely, that would be 20 x 4 x 5 = 400 credits. Not as much.

great idea, but don't you think 3-4 credits per stat would be more reasonable?

Your level X 10 = amount you should pay.
For Example:
Level 20 = 200 credits
and it goes on and on.

Bro its not all about that though. I retrain many times each day to try new builds. So far i spend about 6k each day retraining and i make 5k a day naturally so i lose money lol. I retrain a lot to find that one perfect build for me that gives me a high %. Retraining shouldnt be free but it should cost like about 10 credits for every level u have. for example

Lvl1- 10 credits
Lvl2- 20 credits
....
lvl20-200 credits
lvl21-210 credits
....
Lvl30- 300 credits
Lvl31- 310 credits
Lvl32- 320 credits

And so on...
That way its not overpriced but it isnt free. And people can explore new builds without having to spend majority of their hard earned credits *WHICH U CANT BUY ALONE WITH ARTIX POINTS* :((((

i thought this new revamp of the retraining system was going to be a lot cheaper but to my disappointment, it just made it worst, now i got to pay 620 creds to retrain just 1 or 2 stat points and before I only had to pay 500creds, though the new system is cool, but the prices is a disappointment

I dont mind the system of retrain it allows low levels not to sell all of their gear to retrain now while making us high levels use a build before we can retrain.

Also if you open notepad and write down the reqs for a piece of gear you wish to equip you can hit those and if you just wish to change your build but keep your gear the screen tells if if you have not met the Reqs of your current gear(if you dont beleive me retrain and set all of your stats to base and look around then click cancel so it doesnt cost you anything)

And if your only fine tuning your build chances are you will use it for a good amount of time so it will pay for itself

As I said earlier since only rej responded to my post, Retraining should be based on stat points. i.e. 1 stat point = 5 credits. Therefore if you wanted to tweak your build, and move around 5-6 stat points, it would cost you around 30 credits rather then today's price of 660 for a couple stat points.

I don't think retraining should be based on stat points, with the system we have now, its easy to make a perfect build, but my standpoint is that it should not cost so much to try a new build.

when im in a hurry i go and put focus stats. then i equip the items i want to use and change into the build i want. (thats 2 retrains)
thats when im in a hurry tho.

also
i agree with charging 10 credits X ur lvl.
34 X 10 = 340 credits for ur retrain.

i really love the idea about adjusting a few stats costing less than resetting your entire skill tree, but, yeah, that works as well.

Now, if we could just get a moderator on here to approve one of the ideas, or at least give a valid reason why they cannot be implemented, we'de be good to go.
