Food is art! Am I right? Showing you my creations in college. I don't get to photograph them all because I forget my camera sometimes haha.

Suprêmes de pintade aux poireaux et champignos (Breast of Guinea fowl with leek and mushrooms) It is actually BABY CHICKEN (Spatchcock/Poussin) because there was no stock of Pigeons. Has turned potatoes tossed in butter and seasoning. Swiss and Oyster mushrooms are used.
