The first paragraph, I agree completey. First week of HS and I thought it was exactly like AQW. Then I joined the forums. End of story.

For fanfic...I wouldn't necesarrily recommend mine...I have, like 5 stories, ad I haven't finnished 2 of 'm...

I'd recommend your stories. They're nice. It's just that you need to add the end to at least the Captain Arafae story... So close, but yet so far.

 only one of mine i'd recommend is the trials of morality, since its... the only one i finished ^^;
but yeah, i'd happily recommend captain arafae story too, aside from my own of course! :P

Bleh. All this talk of fan-fictions is tempting me to write one. This would end badly, due to two, simple reasons:

REASON NUM-BUH ONE!
~ School is starting soon, and I won't have that much free time.

REASON NUM-BUH TWO!
~ And if I actually did start one, I'd probably be too lazy to continue it.

Though, as I said before, I'm tempted.

Everyone has different interests.

Another character that stayed dead, well not really dead, but written out of the Batman series entirely
is the Penny plunderer.

 I think Batman has semi-immortality, and it's not known to people. ._.

He should be an old man, and if it weren't for the fight with Darkseid, he'd still be fighting crime, most likely.

Anyway... Super Hero stories end because of books, TV series, video games, and movies. Comic Books are the usual medium for Super Heroes, as a genre, but otherwise, the story eventually ends, regardless of the character surviving and continuing on, or not.

Hey everyone and Star Screamer. I have an interesting riddle for you if you're interested, and while I know that Star Screamer is usually the riddle-master, I just thought that I'd expose you for the vile and insignificant beings that you are while... Oh come now! Really? You want to make something of it old man? Shush now, adults are talking. Argh! Erm, well, there are three riddles, and I'll provide you with them as they are solved. You better count on that you motherf... *Slaps hand over mouth* WOULD YOU SHUT UP, YOU BLATHERING OAF?!

My hands are the guardians of eternity, and as I splay them across the night sky I reflect the tide of space and time. Still, they feel nothing. My face, deep in complexion and complexity, mirrors the vast cosmic sea of time and provides direction for those who observe me in an effort to understand who I am and what I represent. I am blind and vigilant, and I am many. I am the sentinel of the flow of time, always watching, moving my hands about in an elegant dance across my face and the fabric of time that is splayed out before me like cloth after the wash. What am I?

 I do believe the answer is "The Stars", althought it could be "The Heavens". I'd go with only one answer, but meh. Can I have a cookie? Also, next riddle?

I apologize if that was only meant for Trivial...

 Hmm... have you seen all 3 answers guessed? Interesting that it is not "The Heavens", as that would make sense, as space does reflect the passing of time, and do effectively everything you say... Anyway... I could guess more, but I am suddenly not in the mood, for some reason. Probably because I am doing quite a few things at once, and I have an urge to do one of the others instead of guessing at a riddle, for the moment, at least.

Huh... clocks. And yes, it would be plural for that answer to be correct. Idk, the bit about time AND space later, along with the hands across the night sky bit makes me skeptical of that answer.

Very good Drakkoniss, the answer is "Clocks." More accurately, "Clocks as the human model of time," but I never really expected anyone to get the full answer within the 5 allotted tries. Yes, there are only 5 allotted tries. No, I haven't told you about this before. Anyhoo,

The part of the bird that is not in the sky, it swims in the water and always stays dry.

You have 5 tries to get this one.

Technically, I'm the one who got the answer right. You used first person singular in the riddle so it wouldn't have a plural answer

 To be fair, "Clocks as the human model of time" is singular. *shrugs* You are correct in that most of the credit should go to you, though your answer was not as correct as mine, considering he specified plurality as part of the answer.

@Jessa: That was beautiful. XP

Technically speaking, shadows are sometimes in the sky, if there are intervening objects between them and the ground/water/whatever, but I agree, that's most likely correct.
