You Have Nothing To Worry About. The Achievement Situation Is For Players That Did Both Missions For Both The Legion And Exile Sides And Received Both Cheevos.

You Are An Exile Player. Fighting For Exile Factions.

Ahhhh, I like it. Better yet, why not make it worth -1000 points? If it's left at 0, people may still try to get it just to have it in their cheevo inventory.

Also, I think the "negative cheevo" idea should be expanded into other aspects of the game.
