All-Time 1v1, 2v2 and Jugg. Cheevo list?

I have, in the past and again recently brought up the idea of awarding an achievement to the players who have been number 1 on the 1v1, 2v2 and Jugg All-Time list. I can't imagine that the total number of players who this would apply to is larger then 25-30? The question I have would be, who are they?
If there was such an achievement, ie, an achievement for ever being 1st and only 1st on the All-Time leaderboards for 1v1, 2v2 or Jugg, who would get one?

Does anyone know all the names of the players from Beta on, lets say, that were on these lists? What Alphas where on it? Who still plays that would get it?


Let me be first to say this is a self serving question since I would qualify but who else would also?

I think it would be pretty cool to have a scalable achievement such as the one implemented in the war.

It would scale based on all-time rank. Just for a quick example,

15th = 100

14th = 200

Should 14th fall back down to say, 16th, they still reached 14th and have the achievement to show it.

As far as past players are involved, oh well, out with the old in with the new. No way they are tracking all the players throughout the entirety of the game to implement this feature for them also.

I agree, they are not tracking this, no way, no how. That's kind of the reason I asked the question, who would be on that list?
As far as giving everyone a cheevo who ever hit the list, that seems a daunting task, one that I'm certain is UN-doable.

So again, who would be on the list?

Thats should be evolving cheevo like if you were 15th you will get 15th-1vs1 and if you raise to 10th, than 10th-1vs1 but if you fall your cheevo would stay as 10th-1vs1 to show you were once 10th in all time.

Nice idea i liked it.

Gamal, V3, you, Angels, Fay and Comical are all I know who was first. Others on the board include Dax, Donna, wiseman, 3.lol, Testbuild, epic, and the people on the list now

8x used to be first on the jugger for quite some time

The 1v1 list as I remember it went like this: Gamal, Sparticus, Angels Holocaust, Fay Beee, comicalbiker.....
V3 was never first. I don't know who was first before Gamal.

I have absolutely no clue about 2v2 or Jugg. Can anyone fill in the names for those battle modes?

Considering many of the ones who were 1st place once, or other place, not all were famous or known and they will be left out, for me it is just another idea to get free rating. No offense intended.

^I don't think getting to the top of any All-time list would be considered a "free" thing. If you think it's "free", feel "free" to hit All-Time anything. No offense meant or taken.

@TurkishIncubus: Both. First off, its to establish who would get the award I was suggesting and second it's to discuss the merits of offering this cheevo at all. Hijacking a thread with an alternate idea isn't what this was supposed to be. Lets stick to the original threads question/discussion point.

The list serves the first part and as far as the merits, I would think its a no brainer. They give cheevos for showing up, cheevos for spending money, cheevos for doing mundane tasks, they give cheevos for everything but they didn't bother to give a cheevo for doing something that is inordinately difficult, demonstrates a commitment to this game few have and demonstrates the ability to perform at very high levels. You can argue the merits of the list itself and what you have to do to get to the top of one but that aside, why don't they offer a cheevo for actually "doing" something few can ever hope to do?

@Sparticus: My point is nobody promise or said that one that reached the lbs should or will receive a cheevo. You did it to be recognized, also what about the others who were in LBs and they will not receive achievements because they aren't in the so-called list? I think this would not be a good idea, same as fame feature..

Same as Fame? You can beg yourself to the top of the 1v1 or 2v2 leaderboards? That's news to me.

Honestly, this seems like one of the few things in this game that is actually an "achievement" and it's not recognized by an achievement. That's just stupid.

And the purpose of making a list is to include as many, hopefully all, the players names who would be eligible for this cheevo. It's more of an exercise in futility then anything else. No one promised us anything, no one dangled any carrots in our faces to make us blindly follow. Most of the All-Timers did it for the real fame of doing it, not the fake "fame" you can beg for. It would still be nice to recognize the accomplishment.

A bad idea as fame, anyone can give fame but the real ones who deserve it doesn't gets it? Got my point? Some of the hard workers may get the achievement for lb but not all of them, so it would be unfair.

Umm, I got it the first time. It didn't make sense then and it still doesn't. I think as a group we can all figure out who should get the cheevo. If someone thinks they should get it but didn't they can just message the MODs and make their case. Its not such a big thing that it should impede this idea. The actual number of players on the list would be so small, it should be easy to figure out. Really the only obstacle to doing this is just time, they are always behind on time and never have any time to implement common sense stuff like this.

You want an achievement for something done in the past. Nope.

This game isn't a popularity contest no matter how hard some of you try here in the forums to make it so simply naming players who have done something in the past and awarding them an achievement is a bad idea.

I agree the achievement should be added and would be awesome but everyone who has ever been on the boards would not get it.

It would be something new and for the ones currently there and will be there in the future.

Had I known this would turn out to be a self glorification thread like many of the others I would not have posted. Hopefully one day we will see a leveling achievement though...could spark a little more competition and add a mix to things.

Yes, sadly the have nots/do nothings attack the others for any suggestion they can't have. I'm sorry you posted here too.
Easy remedy is just delete your posts and move on. I understand why you want to push your agenda and if that's the case
you can make a thread to accommodate yourself. This game is not a popularity contest its a contest to see who can win the most
battles against others. Those who achieved that goal should be rewarded for their efforts. If you disagree, that's fine. The players
who would fall into this list don't require self glorification, they already "EARNED" it. More then can be said for many others with
sharp opinions but little to back it up with. Sadly this has spiraled down to a trolling match.
