*sigh* Croc, Marvel has a very good reason as to why Wolverine's metalic oating is possible. Wolverine's adamantium that is coding his bones has properties different to that of other adamantium. It is changed by his healing factor, and actually coats his bones in such a way that they are still porous to an extent, and able to have all the correct biological functions that normal bones would. I will give the example of graphite and diamonds. Both are made of carbon, but diamonds have different properties because of the arangement of the molecules with concern to layering. Wolverine's adamantium was effectively manipulated by his healing factor (which seems to be one of the strongest in all the Marvel universe, or at least of all the mutants in it) to such a degree that it formed the exact molecular bonds that would be required, as the body was repeatedly assessed to be in a state where the healing factor actually needed to be used. This was in a relatively short period of time, mind you, which shows the actual power of it yet again if the fact that he can survive being filled with molten metal doesn't do the trick for you. There are probably people that could give a much better explanation on the matter than I can, but whatever. You get my point. They are trying to be more realistic, now, and with my level of intelligence, it is annoying not to think of things in such ways with regards to this community. And yes, I had realized you were no normal animal. lol... I suppose if your healing factor was that great that you'd still be able to function properly while being internally and externally crushed to death, you could very well survive, but Artisa would not have, nonetheless. I don't want to push this arguement, however, as it would only serve to cause strife, and I understand your point already, so I shall end it here, while we still have a relationship not of that of what one would expect from bitter enemies. Eclipse, that would be because the Smasher genetic differences inherently contain a function that allows for 3 things that would save you from bullets. One, Smashers in almost all cases have at least some sort of semi-invulnerability, that being the most common power of all (though in many cases, it is not to such a degree that it would effect such things), a higher rate of healing (though again, depending on the Smasher, this could be weak enough to not be apparent), and the fact that Smashers inherantly have a tiny DOOMsday factor-esque biological response. The more punishment they take, the better their ability to take it is, and their level of super strength tends to increase to the point where it becomes apparent in even those who's only power was that of super intelligence, after a certain point, if not in the levels of power that many of them exhibit. Warded and undisclosed, but acknowledged to be reducing in distance from our solar system... *sigh* I hate those guys... Eldrich abominations of old, great and powerful beings, filled with the essence of insanity, not having the form of those of this world. Very annoying to deal with. To be fair, I had started preparations for this event the moment you announced your riddle's failure's consequences. I have dealt with gods before, and while these are considerably different than what one thinks of when the term "gods" is uttered, there are still ways with which they can be dealt with. I do not take kindly to threats to this planet. Robot would be an incorrect term, mon cheri. Cyborg. The fact that he is partially organic demands that term's voice be heard. Hmm... *continues reading, knowing people assumed I'd do nothing (That was very rude, Thursday, starting it early; You know I like such challenges... makes me look like an incompetant buffoon, having seemed to have done nothing in this time)* Eclipse, if you were to know about every single such opperation the govornment and secret societies decided to do, it would be more risky for your sanity than you'd want. I blame poor systems of detection on your part, btw. There is also the fact that Experimental is not the average "underworlder" I might add. I've been keeping tabs on him. Had qualms about his allignment for ages, do to poor treatment by the villains, among other things. *As the BLAPK SUN continues transmitting its waves of insanity, connected to the Greater Ones of Old, filling the minds of the weak and the helpless... the human, and those of power- so the time passes, and their mortal minds are bereaved with pulses of agony, and flows of despair, and yea, even those who would call themselves strong are brought to their knees in fitting pain, as their minds are foreshadowed with the murmurs of the damned - those who would call themselves heroes, and those villains, left powerless in the street, none the wiser to their fate, and the power they behold in the effects that they feel. So is the day, and so went the night, but out of the darkness, a glimpse of the bright- out of the shadows, a beast of metal and stone, comes all-consuming, but with nary a moan -the beast at the SUN opens its maw, and there goes their fun, destroyers of worlds, for nothing remains but a meer stain- that which could be, a smear on the past, a DOOMsday plot failed; hope it's the last -as the consumer eats it in whole, it must vanish, and vanish in toll; Ripped from time, and space quite true, a bolt unexpected, out of the blue; Nothing remains of that SUN BLAPK, not even a tiny insignificant crack. The Reaper came knocking; Its time had come; but the question is- DID YOU THINK I'M THAT DUMB?!?!?!?!?!?!* A play on words you might call it, but the answer remains. Think what you will, but not of the black stain, for memory gone, of this time most very dark, and of woes of the past, thee shall not hark. *A massive mind wipe ensues, destroying all effect on the minds of the people of Earth, leaving a great mystery of our age, instead* Sorry, Experimental; Had to happen.
