yeah well they are people used to do loads of torunaments back in beta but now beacuse they locked doom and legion servers its become harder so i think they should open them again and it can also reduce lagg in epic and exile.

They haven't "blocked them" they have put them on lock-down so other players such as "Buffy" cannot boost on them or just quickly run around to each and every bad NPC.

well if you have looked at my extreme stats leaderboard then they can implement that idea with this
