title says it all really.

if you read the epic duel storyline you will be able to read all about oz. but i dont really see how a lv 10 npc in fortune city can lead an uprising and give caden a fair fight. and if he was the leader of the exiles, whos the person in old fortune city?

feel free to discuss, i just think its interesting.

id say its because hes the old leader and not the current leader, age does make one weaker, he's probly more of a stratagy planner than an actual leader

He is weak because is npc was made before the level cap was even 20. (Not sure exactly when he was made, but I know it was a heck of a long time of ago.)

 Oz just did 9007 massacre on me O.o

Good thing he is more than 5 levels below as an NPC.

I had the same question. For a leader of the resistance, he's awfully weak.
Maybe he's just getting old.

OZ is the most crafty BH around, he just lets you all win so you will join his cause. If he really tried he would Cheap Shot you for 69 and then follow up with the rare second turn NPC massacre for 9001. It isn't pretty so just be happy he lets you win.

 Like I tell everyone when I talk about Oz, he pulled an Artix and sustained injuries so bad they affected his level(see DF). I mean, the guy fought through a crapton of Baelius's troops with his Tech Mage girlfriend and his buddy a Mercenary. I don't know how many other troops he brought but a TM and a Merc on his side and he fights off several dozens to maybe hundreds. Then he starts kicking the crap out of Caden as well.

@^: It's actually over 8000, but 9000 sounded better.

Oz is weak because...his true form is actually 9001x stronger. He's in control of the Exiles in the Exile Base. We just haven't seen the true Oz.
