I wanted to say that sometimes when PM'ing someone, the message does not always reach it's intended destination and sometimes, i get the PM or others, which are not intended to be for me: The "To" is not for me. So, i was thinking that perhaps my own messages were delivered to someone else when it does not reach the destination is was meant to reach.
Is there a way to recode the PM to remove this bug?

Uh, no, it's a forum glitch. Very old one too. It goes to the intended person but a copy gets sent to someone else. No way around it sadly.

It's impossible to not be able to fix this. Since the forum coders have access to the files, an alteration of the PM system could fix this. It just requires some good debugging, and possibly locking the system for normal members, to avoid stuff going wrong while it's being fixed.

If it was truly impossible to fix, then that'd mean it's impossible to make a system without getting diplucate data. This is not the case though. If there is something that makes it impossible for the coders, then it's most likely their lack of the required skills, and not the bug itself.

The Forgotten
Exquisitely pathological

Presumably, it's an issue of availability, not competency.
