EFFECT
While wielded, Water spells deal 118% Base, Random, and Stats damage. This applies based on the individual hit of the spell; the Water hit of Elemental Doom will get the boost while Water of Immortality will not, as it deals Heal damage.
DESCRIPTION
This pen proves it's mightier than any sword by powering up the damage of your Water spells while you are wielding it! It also mimics a sword quite well with a powerful stab and slash combo all on its own!

Analysis
Magic Water 100% proc weapon. Deals 90% standard damage because of being 100% proc. To pay for the Water spells boost it forgoes the standard 1.02 boost to normal attacks a 100% proc weapon gets (already factored into the above numbers).
