You sir, seem to be a Gamma player...or late, very late Beta player.


Explanation: Once upon a time, on a magical land I'd like to call Epic Duel, there was world 8. Oz world 8 was where the coolest guys hung out. Then there was world 7 (after 8 was taken away). And then there was world 6, for quite some time.

@^: Actually I signed up when Beta was released. Like, literally the day that AQW announced ED Beta. Check my char page :P

I don't recall a world 8. But then again, I didn't play much during Beta/Gamma, only infrequently because of the gap between var/nonvar.

Oz world 8 (or as some might call it, Oz world 7, since that is it's official name according to the game) is a place that used to exist where pro players would hang out and talk to each other. Unfortunately, when Fame was released, the room was overrun by beggars. Also, when Central Station was reanimated, that served as another massive blow to oz world 8, as it ruined the huge room we once called home and further increased lag therein. Oz world 8 still hasn't recovered from either of these crippling blows.

this would be very good into making bigger servers.
if servers could hold up alot more people.
like 5000 players at a time
there would faster match making for all modes. specially team and jugger.

perhaps u can see if something like this is possible?

also since ur the coder, can u tell me if its possible to implement something like, not being forced to fight faction mates in random battles?

i mean like, for example. sometimes my faction is active, and when we decide to go for a daily, alot of times we end up having to fight each other in public battles. and its very annoying as once of us is forced to loose.

so is there any way to put a stop to that?
i mean we now have challenges that dont count towards records, if i wanted to fight my faction mate i could challenge him at headquarters.

im interested to see ur reply on this.

I know the last world in Epic server (6-7-o r8) in central station were OZ is the place for pros to hang. You can see me there from time to time although I mostly hang at my biodome house with friends. What I am saying is what is the difference between those worlds anyway? Nothing.

I was just beeing amused by the fact some of you were happy for a random number of worlds per servers.

As long as your having fun..
