@Isaiah If you're confident that your chances of hitting the opponent are so low that it isn't worth trying, then don't use blockable attacks at all. Something like poison-gun-debuff-heal-gun-aux etc. Furthermore, in my opinion, the classes are much more balanced now. The gap between TMs+BHs+BMs+even mercs and CHs+TLMs have been closed considerably. Moreover the TLMs I have fought seem to have comfortably adjusted their builds and are actually harder to kill now as they have been forced to rethink their strategy. Next, nerfs aren't as essential as you make them out to be, especially since most non-varium players can now afford the Rusty Assault Bot. I'll like to point out that while every class other than TLM has a nerfing skill, TLMs, unlike any other class, has two major passive skills. Lastly, as the posters before me have pointed out, three other classes have had to cope with the problem of hitting their opponents without smokescreen before this, and have managed to do so without significant problems. You as a former merc should know this. There's no valid reason why inability to hit opponents should be a balance complaint, coming from TLMs.
