I'm thinking seriously about applying for Deabte Club. I know how and where to apply, all I need to know is:

a) If you enter once and are rejected can you apply again?
b) Who reviews your debating argument and (dis)approves it, because last time I checked, Sir Gnome hasn't logged in since April 2011? (If there are specific mods that have this kind of job, just list 'em)

1. Assuming it has not change since I applied, yes you can after waiting one month.(This would be explained in the rejection PM)
2. I don't know this.
