I personally feel that 5 days in most cases isn't bad at all, as an extreme. Most games I know, when you report someone it takes between a week and two/three weeks until they sort it out. With the fact Cinderella and Ashari regularly check 'The Lawman', and Ashari does certainly check it almost everyday, most reports are dealt with on the day, or the next day. This being the case, 5 days is probably the extreme side of things where all of us are really busy, and can't make it on, and that should be the maximum amount of time it takes for the report to get dealt with. That in comparison to a lot of games, is pretty good going, and 5 days really isn't a large length of time at all. Right now we do have a very limited number of In-Game Moderators who are active, Me, Cinderella, Ashari and Alley Cat are the main ones who are active, though there are others who do make it on from time to time to help. Which as Ashari said, is part of the reason we do need more Moderating staff, and as soon as we get more Moderating staff, chances are that all reports will be dealt with within 2 days maximum. We try our hardest as a team to keep on top of all issues like this, and it's all well and good saying we're not dealing with these things fast enough, but if we're really busy with issues in real life, then we can't change that. If we get more Moderators, then response times will be reduced, but right now, I don't feel that 5 days is that bad when it is the maximum amount of time it will take us to deal with an issue. We do keep on top of the Lawman very well, and all issues get dealt with accordingly, and usually swiftly. We do make sure that for the sake of all our players, that anyone that needs punishing is punished as soon as we have hard evidence of them breaking the rules. As Cindy said, some people don't always provide enough evidence/any evidence due to broken links etc. and that will prolong how long it takes us to sort it out, if things want dealing with at high speed, then they need to be sent in with enough evidence of the rule breaking, and then we can deal with it immediately, if not, then they'll have to wait for us to look into it, so we don't punish someone innocent, such as what happened with MirageD.
